Flat-Plane Laser Cutting Services
The type of laser cutting service you need is largely dependent on the type of shape you wish to achieve. For more simple and two-dimensional geometric shapes, we usually recommend flat-plane laser cutting.
Our flat-plane laser cutting equipment is capable of cutting unique shapes in a 5’ x 10’ sheet of material. The material can be mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminum. We can work with a maximum thickness of 0.5” on stainless. We mainly use our flat-plan laser cutting services to cut out flanges, bracketry, and fixtures.
There are a number of reasons why clients choose Kooks Industries for their laser cutting and laser engraving needs:
- Our machining team is known for precise, consistent work; we can produce the exact shapes and dimensions you need for your product, prototype, or component.
- We are known for providing quick turnaround times and competitive pricing.
- We have a wealth of experience in industries such as transportation, automotive, and beyond
Tube Laser Cutting Services
In addition to flat-plane laser cutting services, we also provide tube laser cutting services. This is a process where we cut tubes, channels, or structural chapes, precisely matching your length requirements as well as any holes or designs that you need cut into the tubing.
At Kooks Industries, we are capable of cutting many unique shapes into a 20’ stick of material. The material that we use can be round, square, or rectangular. We can manipulate several types of common metals, including mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminum. And we can work with a maximum thickness of 3/8”.
Since 2012, we have provided laser cutting and laser engraving services to clients all over the world, spanning a number of different industries. In that time, we have developed a high level of expertise in cutting complex shapes, and we have evolved our laser cutting services into a seamless and efficient process.
