- CNC Bending Equipment
Through CNC machining, we can use robust computer software to set the specifications for your final product, then allow that software to guide our automated tube bending and pipe bending machines. Note that bending sizes range from 0.75” to 3.5,” and main gauges are 18 and 16 Ga. We can bend mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. - V-TUBE Romer Laser
The V-TUBE Romer Laser is especially vital. This laser scans parts from the bending machine to tell how accurate those bends are. It will also give bending corrections to make a perfect part.

We can also use our CNC machining technology for wire bending. Our wire bending services can accommodate 0.5” Thick Solid Stainless and 0.375” Thick Solid Stainless wires. The use of CNC technology allows us to ensure accuracy and precision, whether we’re making a single prototype or sending a full product run into production. - In-House Fixture Design
All designs are done in CAD by our highly experienced engineering team. From there they are laser cut, then built in house. Using this process, the fixtures we design are accurate to 0.030”. And, all work is done to the applicable industry standards including Mil-Spec, AMS, ASTM, and ASME requirements, as specified by the client. - Forming & Fabrication
A range of forming and fabrication services are available to complement our tube bending capabilities. These services include a variety of end forming capabilities, drilling, machining, brazing, and welding. - Prototype or Production-Ready
